Bushnell Red Dot TRS-25 Customer Service at Bushnell

Hi Folks

Purchased a Bushnell Trophy Red Dot TRS-25 last october to use on my SKS.....very efficient red dot...I had it installed to close from the SKS ejection port and one steel shell hit and broke the glass....

Not warranty of course...but I sent it anyway to Bushnell Customer service in Ontario with a memo and no invoice copy asking a quotation before repair...and...got a surprise....in the mail....a brand new TRS-25 ...with comment on the packing slip....GOODWILL REPLACEMENT...!!!

I e-mailed them about the red dot disappearing at the top 1/4 of the sight picture a few months ago, still haven't heard back. I have two good ones with the emitter located where the red dot disappear, then one from the new batch where it does disappear....ended up returning it.

Thats pretty good isn't it, I just had my TRS start showing 2-3 dots instead of one, I took it in, as Bushnell is close to me, and left 3-4 minutes later with a brand new one as well.

I'd at least phone them about it, you never know, they may ask you to send it in and they'll replace it for you.

Same old lifetime warranty for defects, just not the consumer caused damage part.

So to clarify, if it breaks due to non-user related issues, it will be covered with the lifetime warranty IN Canada... Correct? Or...?
