i was looking for some of thos retainer springs and the cheapest i could find were 20$ might be more worth your time to pick up a entire new mosin for parts

Post in the trade/sell section. I had a heck of a time finding a bolt head, called everyone in North America. A friend with a mosin for parts or another gun nut will be your best bet.

Ya thats a bit of a tough one, but there are plenty of guys on CGN with "parts mosins" that can help. I bought some for parts, but I like them too much to part them out Did you post on the EE?
