Who has a Modern Hunter in .260rem?

Just wondering what did you pick for options... Barrel length ... Rate of twist how did you dress the toy ... Me too I've been looking at the .260 .... Pm me if you have too I'm very curious should be an awesome package for varmints and deer hunting .... Davide

Butt there is absolutely nothing like it on the market that we can use in the field and they are super well built.

It sure is a semi auto, it'll weigh about 8lbs (pretty much the absolute minimum) before scope, and it'll be about $6k before scope....

I went with a 18.6" Proof carbon barrel - and I must admit embarrassingly that I don't know what the twist will be!!! I was told by those who know that any barrel longer than the 18.6" is very very little gain for a lot of added weight.

I got the TACMOD rear stock, the PRI 12.75" natural carbon fibre fore-end. Ambi safety and mag release.
