i threw a trs-25 onto my vz58's gasblock rail, and after a few hundred rounds encountered some pretty huge zero shift. i was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, or if i got a lemon.

I own 3 now and have had them on a few different styles of firearms in 12 gauge , 45-70, 308, 5.56, 9mm , 40cal , 22 with zero issues . I read the version with the emitter at 6:00 isn't as good as the one with the emitter at 4:00 .

My guess is that it's related to your gasblock mount, and not the TRS-25. I'd suspect that area to get VERY hot and expand/contract, causing zero issues.

i hadnt thought of it like that. the optic itself got almost too hot to touch. guess trs-25's dont do well with wildly variable temps.
