I don't need even one credit card.
I didn't need my M38 either. That's why I sold it, for cash.

You can't get a hotel room without a credit card for a damage deposit. Yes you can pay cash but the require a credit card in case you take the tv or loot the towels
An M39 is always a good choice. It will continue to appreciate in value, and is a neat and historical military rifle.

cash deposit works too. Hotel in Vegas wanted $1500.00 up front, in place of a CC deposit. Buddy's bachelor party at Tremblant back when, was the same thing.
I'm almost 37, and still don't have the credit score for a C.C. You go to the bank, show them what you make in a year, but it doesn't matter. All they care about is the score. It's a game I don't really even think I want to play.

You should get a credit report and see what is going on with your credit score? My credit score was bad so I checked it out and I found my name was wrong, wrong SIN number wrong address and even wrong debts on it. I phoned and they said oh sorry a computer problem my score instantly went up 250 points. What a joke. Credit scores are so not representing the person. Even if it's correct it is only on your last 6 years.

If one has significant assests low debts and a good job getting a line of credit should not be a problem

This^^^. My bank basically said sign here for your line of credit, I went in to ask about setting one up and was already pre approved.
i sent mine in online, within a week i had it in my online banking.
