My usual range has fluorescent lights... Anyone have luck with LED lights stuck to the light screens? Seems like half of guys say it work and the other half not so much...

I tried the pucks. They would sometimes work and sometimes fall off.
I have a Chrony so I bought their LED Lamps.
It works perfectly all the time now.

I use the magnetic puck LED's with success, I put a rare earth magnet on the opposite side of the sky screen to each puck light (2 per screen)
The lights don't move.

It could be that the inexpensive pucks vary in light output and temperature so much as to make them unreliable unless sourced from the manufacturer of the Chrono

Do you ever shoot near fluorescent lights? I'm wondering if the LEDs counteract all the problems they present with errors.

I shoot an air rifle in my basement at 10m ( tuned HW 97kt)
I have florescent lighting.
The velocity's I record using the LED pucks are very consistent with the ones I get outside in daylight.
The gun shoots about a 3 fps average spread in velocity(890fps) so inconsistency in readings should be evident if it happens.
