Did you pay my credit card? It says very plainly in the first post (the exact post you quoted) that payments would be processed right away unless paying my EMT. EMT's will be processed once email was back up, which I also believe has now been fixed.
 
Any word on when hats are being shipped...Im in the middle of moving, ands it going to make it a little harder to keep track of it after feb.

I think he was just wondering when it's going to be shipped that's all. It's a cool hat, it was good price to support the business and to make a pro-gun statement. I think that some folks are getting antsy because it's the end of the month and no update. After all it's been paid for and he/she wants to know when his/her product is coming.
 
Farmboy, please check your payment system, my AMEX card does not work on your web, always get error. I paid by Visa in the end...
 
Received a bit of disappointing news today... just heard from our embroidery place that the hats should ship from them at the end of February. We will keep you updated as we are updated and we will ship the hats out as soon as they are in.

Now wasn't that easy?

Another tidbit of info (unlikely wanted). ALWAYS add a week or two to lead times.

Everybody is happy to get something early or receive bad news as few times as possible. Few are happy to wait.

If they said Feb 20-22, say March 6th or something. This can allow for receiving, reviewing, quality confirmations and shipping. By the time people say "where's my hat?!" they have already received it happily.

I'm available for business consulting if required =)

(I work in an industry where #### hits the fan quickly with things like this)
