How to get rid prohibs? Pics added.

I have a friend who's father died and left him 4 prohibs,S&W,Bereta,Dan Wesson?and one other. How and what's the best way to get rid of these. Can he somehow put them in my possession to sell for him. Can some one give me a quick sale value on these items ? If he is the Executor of the will then no problem having someone with a Prohib take possession for the sale but I don't think you can if you don't have the magic license

The executor of the will can sell them or you could have a store sell them on consignment.

The Executor of the estate has full authority to possess these firearms and dispose of them. A 12(6) PAL licence is NOT required.
The Executor can join this site and request to sell them for the estate on this site too. Or, at the Executors discretion, sell or otherwise dispose of them to a 12(6) licence holder.

That will be the easiest solution but better prices would likely be had by selling here. As long as they don't get turned in for destruction either way works.

There's only one Store here, they offered him $600 for the 4 prohibs,2 .22 rifles,1 bolt action shotgun and colt huntsman. Anyway he sold all the rest and is stuck with the 4 prohibs. I know a guy in a nearby town who has a prohib licence. Maybe I'll give him a call tomorrow .
