Hey All,

We have a tentative schedule for the 3 gun.

All of these matches will be held at the MILO location. Classes will be adjusted and rules will be updated, I will post it when they are determined and finalized. (Will be dropping LIMITED Class and possibly picking up "Heavy Metal" as that is what most people wanted)

Jun 12th
Aug 21st
Sept 18th

This is just an initial "Save the date" kind of thing. More details to follow.

Cheers!

Important First Match Info

Registration opens at 9am, Safety Brief at 930, first shots at 10 (I hope) So come prepared please.

We were out there last Sat and got FRIED. It gets hot out there with no shade. So if you have portable sun shelters, golf umbrella or anything to keep you cool. Bring it. Bring LOTS of water. Bring sunblock. Bring some food as there wont be time to run into town to get some.

Ah shucks.....I was hoping to run in the limited class with my SKS or vz58.... Guess I'll just have to compete with the 10 rnd AR's now.. Lol

Ha, we had one person out of all matches participate in "Limited Class". Which reminds me I forgot to announce his victory during the AGM.

SO, shooter with the initials CB that shot in limited class. Congrats you are the supreme winner of "Limited Class". You have won something so much better then a trophy or a car....... you won respect :D

CHEERS!

So since we are switching to Milo, it would probably be beneficial to switch too magnified Optics from the red dot currently on my 3 gun rifle. Yes?

The only sport where "dope"ing is completely acceptable.
I think from this point forward, I shall call you "Lance".

Just bought a G34,..... waiting on a shotgun, very excited to try 3 gun!! too bad you guys couldnt host more 3 gun tournaments :/ WAS planning on attending 3 gun in Lethbridge too, but it sounds like 3 gun Nation runs the show there now....

Don't let gear stop you from coming out. A simple pump will work just fine.

The recent post about the 3G event in lethbridge is not David's (GreenIce's) 3-gun event. He puts on one every month and the big one generally in August. His does not follow 3G nation rules.

Medicine Hat puts on a great show as well.

I have a shotgun, its just off on warranty work @ tactical imports.... I emailed David, his word was that he would not be hosting any 3 gun tournaments this year due to 3 gun nation. But he did say something about "outlaw matches"...

I will check out the HAT, thanks for the advice !

Medicine Hat is having a pistol match on 30 April. First 3 Gun should be June 4 or 11, still to be confirmed by the match director. Should be another 3 Gun in September.

I know last year one of the MHRRC matches was scheduled on the same day as a CDTSA match which upset some members. This year the matches should not overlap so everyone has an opportunity to shoot both clubs events.

In the CDTSA Multigun Rules it states you must have a holster course to draw from your holster. Can this be done the day of the match for out of town competitors? Does Black Badge or similar courses automatically grant you the CDTSA holster qualification?
