Eotech Refund

I sent my optic back early December. Got an email on Jan 15th advising the refund was being processed and will be contacted shortly regarding a cheque.

I'm not certain but I think I was one of the first to get my optic back to L3, before the wave of returns started to flow. It's been approx 7 weeks since I started the process. For the guys that have recently inquired, I suspect it will be quite a bit longer to get responses due to the volume they are now dealing with.

I will likely be one of the first to get a cheque, so I'll post back with an update if and when I receive it.

Form sent on the 20th, no response. Secondary email sent 25th - no response. Called yesterday and today all extensions go to a voicemail, left a message yesterday and today no response.

Anyone actually receive their check yet?

Same here, they received my sight on december 16th ish and i got the same email on the 15th of this month.
 
I just sent mine in. So they will send something out in the next 2 weeks? I hope to see a cheque maybe in March. Doubt it but I hope so I can pick up a MRO.

Got ya beat, I got my return authorization Dec 9 2015. Sight was in Michigan 2 weeks later and my item was processed and a check will be issued shortly email 14 Jan. Back of the line you go.

Jk... but seriously get to the back of the line lol
 
I sent my initial RMA form on january 20th and was approved on february 4th.. But before the 4th they couldn't confirm that they received my form, so I submitted a second one which was refused on february 5th due to the fact that they didn't read that the value was in CAD. So now I have to wait for them to figure out if it is approved or not approved before I send the sight in. I'm assuming it is approved since I have the email chain but I'd rather not play that card and be without a $669 optic.

So my wait continues, wish I was having as good of luck as the rest of you guys!
 
Speak of the devil and he shall appear, received an email from eotech apologizing and stating that I was approved after all. Sight was just shipped out should be there by next week.
 
I received an email on the 15th January:

Your product has been received and reviewed by EOTech and your refund is being processed. You will be updated by e-mail in the near future regarding check processing.
