Trying to break out onto circuit

Hello all I'm trying to get in to the long range scene and am having a time figuring how to do it, I have a basic rifle 308 Winchester and am planning a semi auto AR platform build, just wanted some advice or if anyone knew of any groups that help with funding for the scene ( dreaming here) ahhaha

I try to be as funny as i can, and I will look into them, theres nothing much in my local area, or even in NL i dont think
