Discrete Carrying Case Help

Hey everyone,

After almost 20 years I have decided to get back into duck hunting and purchased a Maverick 88 with 28" barrel. I am looking for an inexpensive nylon case to carry it disassembled so it will fit more easily in my car Ideally it would have Velcro straps to secure the two halves or have two separate compartments inside to stop it from banging into each other. I'm not worried about scratching the shotgun. I'm more concerned about destroying the paint job I plan on giving her. I have tried using the Google and have had no luck. If this does not exist I will buy an existing nylon case and make some changes to suit me.

Phew. I have an Orvis one that fits your requirement but I paid like 50 more for it than your gun years ago. Briley also makes them but they run like 300 bucks
Maybe someone knows of a cheaper one but nothing I have ever seen

BassPro has a RedHead heavy padded canvas take down case that has two separate compartments inside to separate the stock & barrel for $89.99 plus tax. The case (34" Take) that can accommodate at 32-34" barrel is 37-1/4" long.

The takedown Uncle Mikes cases I bought were $50 from P&D in Edmonton.
