Southern US Hog hunting info wanted

I have an open invitation to go Hog hunting in Georgia from a friend who lives there. No limit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! $20 for a 3 day non resident hunting and fishing combo license and I've still not managed to do it. But soon!

Is this $20 licence with invitation or anyone can buy and DIY hunt 4hogs?

Tagged for interest, was thinking of the same thing but prices in Florida 1 day hunt, 1 pig ...$250/day. Would like to get something for 3-4 buddies for 3 days and multiple hogs. They say they have a hog problem. Prove it and I'm not stuck on any state.

I see Georgia has a 3 day non resident tag for $20.00. They list some wmu's but I'm sure it would be a hard hunt without some local knowledge of the pig hotspots? And would have to find accommodations to

just make some friends down there cheap and simple and remember its not hunting its culling give as many as possible a single round to the chest and then worry about following up after you reload

I've hunted in Florida for hogs for many years on private land
I was invited to hunt on private property
this is what was on the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission

I know this is an older thread, but why start a new one.

I'm thinking of going down to Florida. I know I don't need a license down there for hogs on private land, but does anyone know if you can take your own firearm down? I have a 44rem mag I'm kinda attached to.

Also, how did you bring the meat back?

Cool stuff darbdarb

Do you ever hunt them during the day?

Seems like a relatively cheap travel hunt minus the night vision scopes and AR-10s.

The outfitter charges us $500 per person per night. He provides guns, ammo, and is top notch. We do not see them out during the day, only way to get em in daylight is with dogs, and that is a lot of fun too. Good eating
