I load 3.4gr under a 147 RNTP Campro projectile for my semi-auto and 3.6gr under 147gr RN Berry's projectile for my S&W 929. So roughly ~25k rounds. Turns out that old saying about shooting more when you start reloading is very true lol.

actually? holy crapolah.

I don't do as much IDPA as I used to but even when I was going thru a couple of thousand rounds a month, I am not sure I'd do that much? how many rounds of 9 can you get out of 1 lb??
