tl;dr are mp5 magazines limited to 5 or 10 rounds in Canada, assuming you had the a 12x and could fire it legally.
Long story; I caught wind a company called "Quartercircle10" in the US is making a pistol caliber AR15 that accepts MP5 magazines. I could not find such information on their website, and emailed them to ask them if it were true; they confirmed it is true and is being developed still. Once released, I plan to buy a lower and have it imported. As it accepts MP5 magazines, depending on whether i'm limited to 5 or 10 rounds may be a deciding factor on whether I follow through with this idea.
