I have a two die set of RCBS in 32 special that has the wrong expander. The one on it now measures .280, and I need the right one for 32 special. Anyone know where to buy one in Canada, or who will ship to Canada?

RCBS is good for sending stuff for free IF you get the right person. On one day you will get someone that won't warranty what you need and phone back the next day with the same question to another and they will send two of what you need. Also everything that I have got from RCBS takes weeks if not months to get as they only ship things every couple weeks or so to Canada.
Thats been my experience with them.

I always email and the last time (3 weeks ago) they actually called me to confirm what I needed. Everything has been in my hands in 2 weeks.

You are very fortunate as I have never had anything in less than 4 to 6 weeks and that's phoning them once a week.

I'm with you.
Called in for some replacement parts. 4 weeks and it's still sitting in the shipping department. They told me that they have an in-house customs department and that it takes minimum 2 weeks to clear that. Then It sat there for 2 weeks because even though the items were pulled from stock, they were doing inventory and couldn't ship them.

Lee ships my stuff in under 24 hours *shrugs*

Call RCBS. I don't know what the other guys are talking about. The longest I had to wait was maybe 2.5 weeks and that was the fault of CBSA and Canada Post.

I've tried the email first. I haven't gotten a response, but it has only been a day or so. If that doesn't work, eventually I'll try calling. It just seems like such a small item to bother them with.

The sooner you call the sooner it will arrive on your doorstep.. unless you really don't need it..

All I have ever done was email. Sometimes no response back but the parts show up

I e mailed about some parts missing from my priming system after a couple of moves looking for price and where to order. I got a reply saying they picked them and would be coming at no charge. But that was a month ago so still waiting.

Rock Chucker primer parts and scale bearings took 2 months to get. Now in fairness I've gotten other things in 4 to 6 weeks but only a couple but all were free.

You can't make some folks happy. Can't find the item in Canada, RCBS frequently sends stuff at no charge, even though you didn't buy it new, or from an RCBS dealer, and now we want it shipped yesterday, overnight express. Oh, and for a free email no less, 'cause we can't be bothered to call and be polite to them on the phone.

In December I had to email RCBS about a broken inertia-type bullet puller. I got an answer back in approx 36 hrs and it took about a month to deliver. A week after I received that package, I bent a de-capping rod on my 303 Brit dies. Emailed the request, got an answer back the next day and the parts were in my mailbox in 5 days. They also sent extra de-capping pins for it. Both the bullet puller and the dies were bought in '93 when I started reloading and have seen plenty of use over the years. You can't complain about that kind of service.
