Not trying to be rude but the ETA was the end of January, then the end of February, and now we have another wait for another ETA. I kinda was hoping for my hat and the ones I ordered for gifts in January. This whole experience is now officially frustrating.
You folks have had my money for almost 2 months and I still don't have my merchandise in return.
 
As stated before in the thread it is beyond OST control. Yes I am waiting on a beige hat the same as the rest. Yes I too am frustrated. But one thing I know is that Frc will try to make it right.

They should be shipping out the black ones regardless and not making ppl wait for the tan ones to come in before they do just to save a buck. Thats "making it right"
 
Any orders that were just black hats, or black hats with other items were shipped last Friday. I did not have an answer on Tan hats then, and haven't heard any news as of yet. If they are going to be delayed further we can start shipping out partial orders with both colors.

If you ordered just a tan hat and would like to switch it to black and have it shipped out as soon as possible that can be done as well. Just send an email to info@oneshottactical.com or let me know in this thread with an order number and what you would like changed and I will start shipping.

Awesome. Thanks for the response. I will reorder a beige one when they come in.
 
I just got word from our supplier that the tan hats won't be arriving till the start of June now.

This has never happened before in the 8yrs I've been getting hats and other products from them, so I'm a wee bit shocked to say the least.


As mentioned above, we can start shipping out the black hats rights away. If you want any changes to your order please send us an email at info@oneshottactical.com and we'll do everything we can.


I'm really sorry for any issues this has caused
 
I don't have an order in, so I have no vested interest, but I do know that I can have a nice order of caps done in under a week. Lots of good options locally and online.

Anything special going to be thrown in the package for anyone who ordered a tan hat? Maybe a few stickers? Some targets? An AR? Hmm?

I'm waiting on one of each hat, please get them to me before the rest of my hair falls out :D

We are working on something for those who do keep their order.

If it was possible we would already have it done. We work with a very large embroidery place and these hats are custom made for us. We could probably get some plain ones but nothing like these.
