The Canadian dollar was worth about 15% more at that time than it is now. Your insurance company should take that into consideration. I guess you don't have replacement cost insurance???
P&D were charging $80 plus shipping for a 140 round battle pack.
There is very little left on the market. What I have seen at gun shows is selling for $115/140 battle pack and I suspect that price will likely go up as it becomes even harder to find. Good ammo though. Non corrosive but Berdan primed. I certainly wouldn't sell mine for the price you're offering. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you purchased that ammo slightly less than a year ago. P&D had a very small order, under ten cases, and it sold out in a few days.
