Yes, emails are free, but so are phone calls to 800 numbers. I don't expect the part for free, and in fact offered to pay for it. Neither do I expect overnight express service; in fact I would be quite happy to receive it in a couple months or so. And sincerely, all the best to you as well.

Well not sure if this is directed at me as well? But I am very polite when talking to whomever there as I don't email maybe that's why it takes so long I don't know. But the lady I have talked to the most from RCBS has told me many times that anything going to Canada only gets shipped out once every 2 to 3 weeks. So if you have an inside way of making it faster please let those of us who don't know.
RCBS wrote the book on customer service which is why I have been a customer of theirs since probaly the 60's or so. Good to hear you got your stuff on the way

Dillon I believe does the same as I've phoned their support for minor item twice and it took several weeks to get here
