You can't make some folks happy. Can't find the item in Canada, RCBS frequently sends stuff at no charge, even though you didn't buy it new, or from an RCBS dealer, and now we want it shipped yesterday, overnight express. Oh, and for a free email no less, 'cause we can't be bothered to call and be polite to them on the phone.
I'm not sure if you are directing this at me, perhaps not, but if so, I emailed first as to me that is less bothersome for them. My email was very polite, as would be my phone call. Yes, emails are free, but so are phone calls to 800 numbers. I don't expect the part for free, and in fact offered to pay for it. Neither do I expect overnight express service; in fact I would be quite happy to receive it in a couple months or so.
