Does exchanging safeties on CZ75 Shadow disqualify it from production IPSC?

Hi all,
Love my Shadow, but the safety is killing my strong hand thumb
It's right where I'd want to put my thumb, tried over the safety no go for me.
So for now I have my thumb under the safety, that works ish...

Question:
If I replace my safeties for these: http://czcustom.com/shadowthinsafetyset.aspx
Will I still be IPSC production legal or not?

You can replace them with a part from cz such as the flat or lower profile ones.

A bit confused,
Appendix D4 of rule book states :
"Original parts and components offered by the OFM as standard equipment, or as an option, for a specific model handgun on the IPSC approved handgun list are permitted"

Then go on to say:
"Aftermarket parts, components and accessories are prohibited"
