Norinco CQA M4, commercial spec or Mil spec?

I want to buy furniture for my NorinCO CAQ M4, want to know what spec should I buy. Commercial spec or Mil spec? Please advise, thanks!

Wow, that's a first for me, I've never seen one with a mil spec tube. Did you buy it used or did it come from the factory like that?

I did buy it used so yes, the previous owner must have changed it.

AR Noob question. Is the buffer tube the only part that varies dimension-wise from Milspec to commercial? (not just for Norincos, but ARs in general?)

Not gonna lie, the only thing that wasnt a pain in the @$$ to put on my CQ-A was the pistol grip. The stock was really tight and the quad rail had to be modded really hard to fit. Once that work was done though it was all nice and kosher.

I have replaced and repaired lots of parts small and large. Had no trouble with key mod hand guard or any bcg or spring thingy's. My pistol grip was a bit of a pita. The safety switch was very stiff after putting a new grip on. Most mil spec parts will work though with a few exceptions as mentioned by others.
