A New Colt Python?

Those 1903s look neat too.

If the Python does happen, I'm thinking they would have to be between the 2-3k mark, but who knows.

Yes, but unfortunately we'll never see the 1903. It"s "super double prohibited" with both a deadly 4" barrel and being chambered in that killer .32acp round.

Honestly, a python made with formed parts like the SVI/"magnum carry" would dramatically reduce costs.

And the purists may just have to complain about the improved trigger pulls...

We'll see. I'll only own a Korth in my dreams. I can't justify that amount of money for a gun.
So if the iconic Python returns with a crazy price tag - Then I'll make more room in my dreams for it :)

Well, if a Korth is $7,000 what's Colt going to want for a custom shop hand made Python?

Also, think about what some of the custom 1911s go for.....

People have been screaming for pythons for YEARS..... I gues with Colt being almost bankrupt they are forced to actually listen to the market

I hope they make them. Pretty sure it won't hurt the price of my 'old' Pythons. Kind of like the S&W Classic revolvers compared to the 'old' guns.

I'd say you're right. Much like with the "Classic" line of S&W. Most collectors still want the real pre-80's pinned and recessed guns. I think the same would hold true for Colt.
