I'm a little confused as to why 10 or more dealers (eg Wolverine) I've dealt with charge the tax of their province, not the destination province.

Tenda only charged me the 5% that I'm supposed to pay. They correct it before charging you.

seems a business can only be exempt from paying PST if they solely solicit online sales other than their own province. if it is within AND outside of BC. the business has to collect PST. at least that is what i read from this. someone more knowledgeable correct me as i just only looked this up.
