Has anyone done a build with one of these? Thoughts opinions and build specs/pics welcome. Waiting on the mail for one but wanted to pick brains over barrel length, trigger, etc.
Thinking of keeping it short but not sure on length of stock but was thinking muzzle device just off end of stock. Not really being done for a specific purpose, have a few barrels, and going to see what works best but curious to hear if others have used it
 
I am building one using a magpul stock. Went with the tactical innovations rear pull receiver, tactical solutions barrel, and timney trigger. Undecided on bolt but thinking I'll go with a Kidd. Don't know how short of a barrel you could run in that stock tho.
 
Yeah thats what I was thinking. I don't have length so I guess Ill see when I get it. Was hoping for maybe 12.5 just shy of end then a compensator but once I get the mail I guess I'll find out. Do you have a measurement from front of receiver to end of stock?
 
I love my Magpul X22 stock. I used a stock Ruger 10/22 with the following modifications: PWS magazine release, VQ hammer kit, Auto bolt release, VQ extractor, rubber buffer pin, VQ extended rail.

I put the highest SGA adapter to get the correct position for my scope. I also added an M-Lok QD sling mount as well as the QD for the stock.

Using Aguila .22LR it is a tack driver.

I really want to build another with the PWS Summit toggle-bolt action next.

Nice looking rifle , did you do the camo?

That is nice! Like the brown. Did you spray your scope? Or the whole rifle I guess because their brown is tan I guess not khaki. What length barrel do you have on it? And if not a problem do you have measurement from muzzle to front of stock?trying to preorder some parts while I wait for the mail

From receiver to end of stock it is about 11.5 inches. So guess it would work.
 
Thanks yeah I guess I'll wait until I can test fit it. If the holes on the comp end up on the stock then no go but I've got about 3/4 in before they start so it will be close. Thanks for the measurement
 
I had a buddy tell me thee was about 3/4 inch on the tactical solution before the holes but it may not be an issue anyway because I may just do one of their 16 barrels. Just searching for ideas. Have some parts inbound but the barrel and comp are just getting figured
