That's quite the post for a guy who doesn't have a PAL, doesn't own guns and is wondering if he'll pass the police check due to his past behavior.

If you're going to say stupid things expect to be called out. You're making assumptions and sarcastic remarks about a subject and the folks who participate in it without any first hand experience? I don't consider the clay games a sport any more than say golf or darts, because you don't have to be in shape to play any of them, but they do require co ordination and skill. That being said, I very much enjoy the clay games as a hobby.

Contact your nearest trap club. I don't know of one that won't take a prospective shooter out and have an experienced shooter mentor them their first time
