New Pardini All In One

Pardinis are fantastic guns. I had a GT9 (9mm) for a short while. The quality is outstanding. The slide is so smooth and the trigger so light and precise...
I kind of regret selling it and might just buys another one some day.

I have a GT9...after blasting away with my Sig P320 and 226...the Pardini just make me smile. Pure luxury.

hey I have been thinking about the GT6 in 9mm are the mag proprietary or does it us mags compatible with others? Right now I am doing 3 gun with a CZ shadow and some target stuff.

Unfortunately the mags are proprietary and expensive. Typically between and 150-200.

Can someone explain why the bottom part of the grips look like such an afterthought? I'd have thought that even if they were alterable/replaceable they'd be designed to look like part of the beauty of the gun.

This has been bothering me for a while and it seemed like a good time to ask. Also, anyone who can clarify the term for that piece would be appreciated.

The palm rest is adjustable to fit your hand for a more precise fit. These pistols are designed to be shot one handed in ISSF and Bullseye competition.

That is unfortunate. I'd be interested in hearing more details. I spoke to a GT aficionado in Vancouver and he thought the 40 was the cream of the crop.

Crappy Mags.. I had to send 3 back because they wouldn't feed. Even the replacements were not much better and I had to file parts of them. Feeding issues. Jams all the time. Poor design for an IPSC gun.. It didn't fit in the box. The Safeties were sharp and cut me up and caused blister. I had to file them. The take down lever take of skin on my thumb. Bad placement of slide release when you use to hand to hold the gun will cause the slide to never hold open on empty. The mag release was novel but absolutely useless.

I still love the gun, its fun to shoot, very very accurate, its a work of art of design.
Unfortunately like all things Italian its crafted to the max but it just doesn't work.. Sometimes it behaves like a Government Bureaucrat, you can't fire it and it will not work either.

I shoot an SP & HP - always wondered about the common rear sight on the conversions. The Walther conversions have the entire upper (as do the GT series)

That is interesting feedback for sure. I didn't experience those issues with my 9mm as it was purely for target work, but since selling it, the 40 has been in the back of my mind and I've been curious about trying one.

I understand but I still feel that the palm rest looks like something someone slammed on the pistol once they'd reached the "frustration point" and had a handily set-up garage. Maybe it's just my sense of order, but I'm not sure I understand the dramatic change not only in finish, qood, and quality of fit, but also the style of the palm rest cut compared to the rest of the grip.

Is this just a me thing or does anyone else get what I mean?

Edit: Thank you for your reply, it's nice to have questions answered inside a thread :)

I think the palm rest looks ok. It's a target pistol as for the GT9 I am surprised at the sharp edges. You make the gun seem very unappealing. Has anyone else had the mag issues?
