Grand Power K100 X-Trim

I love the Eliason sights on my X-Caliburs and K22 X-Trim, and these are really accurate handguns. The felt recoil is the lowest of all my 9mm handguns. The slide auto-forward is great on a speed reload if I run the gun dry. For holsters, you can use a CR WSM II Speed Holster, or get a Red Hills drop in holster from David Copping. I run one for USPSA matches. It filts my K100 and K22 X-Trim as well and I actually prefer the drop in holster. It just wasn't available at the time I got my first X-Calibur. The mags are the same external dimensions as CZ Shadow mags, so any mag holders for them work great.

Hey VanMan,

To confirm, the Red Hills holster for the X-Calibur will work for the K22 X-Trim too? I didn't want to order one and waste my money.

btw, your PMs are full. :)

Ooops, thanks for letting me know. I'll do some house cleaning. The Red Hills Tactical holster fits my K22 X-Trim just great. And also my K100 with RMR mounted too (just in case I ever want to play in Open lol). Robert King who owns Red Hills Tactical runs an X-Caliber as well. A good resource for Grand Power is the Grand Power (Canada) FB group. You can contact David Copping there as well because he runs that group.

forgot to mention that David brings in and sells the Red Hills holsters. And I uploaded a template on to the Grand Power (Canada) page for the grip tape.

Own a k100 x trim, definitely a keeper for the price I paid(the close out deal that happened a while ago on dlask), no problems as of yet (besides me not being able to reach the slide release ;), thank god for the auto slide forward :) ). Accurate, super low recoil, bit of a pain to strip and assemble on the Mk7 until you practice.

Just picked up a safari land 578 GLS holster from #####. Will see how it is

Also Just picked up a G19 to try something different but have a feeling I will be keeping the k100

I dug out the M&P holster I use for my GrandPowers. It is a plastic Uncle Mike's. I am sure I originally bought it for the M&P. On this one I took out the two bolts that control tightness so as to hold the slightly fatter M&P45. It holds a number of different pistols, including the GrandPower and the Diamond Back 9.

K100 xtrim is a great gun. I dont like the rear sight on it as it is too narrow and there is barely any gap with the front sight when aiming. Ok for slow shooting , not so much for rapid follow ups. I prefer my Shadow over it. If someone suggested a good wider rear sight then I might change my mind on it. Very accurate gun though.

I am over 70. Just about every sight is to narrow for my old eyes. I have a set of needle files. One of them is square. I use it to make a wider rear notch in my pistol sights. After it looks about right, a dab of cold blue finishes the job.

If the gun shoots too high or low, I order a Dawson fibre optic front sight of the correct height and order the narrow one, to give me a better sight picture.
