I think casting is your only option. I could be wrong. Casting is easy though. I have a couple hundred still sitting around over a stiff charge of hs6 but I use challenger or brenneke factory shells for all my hunting.
I am in Lethbridge AB. I wanted to check before I went down the casting road only because I don't have the space for processing the lead. If I have to go that route I will though.
Well you really only need two square feet...all the equipment can be store in less when not in use. Single burnner hot plate, small cast pot, prop per dip ladel and you are good to go.
I use a lee melting part and lee mould. Put the lead in plug it in. I may add some tin. Little bee wax to flux. Set the mould on top to heat it up then start casting. My casting pot is maybe 8" square base.
