Showoff your SHORTY 12G SHOTTY (14" or under and Mods)!

Speaking of restricted. Not mine, but it looks like Seraphim is bringing them to Canada:

Those look like they come out of the same factory as the "Ricol" shorties Corwin-Arms brought in a while ago.

Any word on pricing? That SxS shortie whould be a great range toy.

Shorties aren't as hard on you to shoot, even one handed, as you would think. So much less pressure develops in the shorter barrels that it really reduces the amount of felt recoil.

i do not believe these guns would be restricted as the top two have full stocks . length has little to do with restriction as the mares legs have proved.not handguns so they should be unrestricted.

Yea...never understood why Mare's leg was NR! at 23.5" OAL.....lever action maybe?!?
For shotguns though stock or no stock if shorter than 26".....it's R
DA outlaw + backpacker are NR but at 29"
Seraphim's website mentions that their focus is SBS for the self defence in the wild, so these might actually be NR. Except the little guy :)

I e-mailed Seraphim on Friday regarding these new shotguns but they haven't responded to my inquiry yet. If I ever hear back from them, I'll pass along any info I get.

8.5 grizzly with a Mesa LEO adapter and 4 round side saddle. MFT stock. It sits at exactly 26.5 inches when collapsed.

A top rail and low profile red dot are both in the mail. Then it will be the perfect short shotgun IMO.

Just outta curiosity, how does that thing shoot? To POA or does it shoot high? I'm thinking of getting something like it but don't want to have to get work done on the barrel to change the sight into something more useful.

All 3 are being sold in the near future.

The Notley financial plan?

It's getting ugly in Calgary. The once a week I go into the office, I go to the same Donaire place for lunch every time. The owner/operator is really rolling out the red carpet for his "regulars" lately. Was chatting him up, and he figures he's down 30% in sales since the crash started. Lots of his regulars out of work, and the ones who are still working, are holding their wallets a bit tighter.

Kind of a shame, dude, you had a nice collection growing.

Shame about the situation in Alberta, my friend works for Syncrude and has just bought a new truck, trailer and boat so it ain't all doom and gloom.

Still rocking the SBS's.

The Tacord 590 is holding up real real well. Some discolouration on the TIN slides and bolt but it does polish out.

Still need to file the SGA down to aid clean strips.

Yup, I haven't worked since July last year. Sold a bunch of parts, ammo and many rifles so far in the past few months.
