What's the best site to order RCBS dies?

Also getting into bullet casting, any info on where to buy molds and handles and lube... Blah blah blah I have no idea what I'm doing

Just so you are aware the Dillon Square Deal uses non standard dies. You can only use their dies and only in pistol calibers.
