So..............did you get one?

I tried to buy one.

I talked myself into buying one, and even convinced the wife only to be met with frustration and a waste of 30 minutes of my time trying to complete the check out process only to end up with errors.

Walked away without one in the end.

Not impressed...
 
I understand the frustration of those who weren't able to acquire one, and even for those of us who did, it wasn't a super smooth process and required tremendous amounts of patience. Now for those complaining that it wasn't well executed, you need to understand that with the sheer number of people attempting to do the same thing at the same time that the site and server was bound to get bogged down and the performance of the site was going to be extremely sluggish at times.
I went into the process expecting this and knowing that I may walk away from it empty handed. There was no guarantee that any of us would've gotten one and I full believe it was the most fair process the good people at wolverine provided for us. They did a great job sourcing the rifles and even went as far as having one made to their specifications for us consumers but due to some circumstances that fell through.
I say good job wolverine team for your efforts and looking forward to the future deals you are able to bring to the community.

yup and may i add the great price,with that much interest,alot of people had too miss out,you win some,you lose some
 
One confirmation number and 2 cc charge... wow there going to go in work tomorrow with a clusterf#c$ of a mess to fix!
 
Honestly There isnt huge room for excuse.

If you were patient, clicked once per page, and let it load... it went through just fine. took time but I was done in 14 mins start to finish. When the panic sets in ans you keep hitting refresh or clicking the buttons, all it does is send you to the back of the loading line again and again.

Congrats to those who got one!

p.s. there is a good chance that a bunch of them come up on the EE by about Friday.. That should be when guys wives realize they bought this and either make them sleep outside, or sell it.
