I recently purchased Savage 10BA from Tenda Canada at excellent price. The firearm was shipped same day after the order was placed. If anyone is looking to buy firearms or accessories you should check their prices first, they offer great deals. Majority of sponsored links above where asking $2399.99+ for Savage 10BA. I got mine on sale for $2099!
 
I bought some .223 from their store. A small little warehouse outlet place, but it was surprisingly well stocked for a new business and the staff were very friendly. The prices were pretty good too, it was $30 less than other dealers for 500 rounds of cheap Barnaul .223 when I got it.
 
But before you go to their retail store check the hours of business.......not like I did yesterday and drove thought almost an hour of traffic to find out they are closed Mondays.....DOH
I can comment of their service yet but I will be back...just not on a Monday
 
I stopped in today to top up my 22lr inventory. I also went on a Monday a few weeks ago and was a little ticked off but the lady on the counter pointed out they're open on Sundays. Seems like a family business, so I like that. She also threw in some paper targets even though I bought the least expensive item on sale,I know, but it's the thought that counts. I'll go back.
 
It's when things go bad that you can see if costumer service is good. I bought 3 firearms from Tenda up to now. The third one had to be shipped back the minute I saw it...No need to say i was very happy with the two previous rifles. (A problem with electro-plating finish) It's been 3 days since they actually signed the receipt from Canada Posts. 4 emails, the first one on monday. (nobody answers). And two phone calls when they tell me they're going to call back....but they don't. The firearm I shipped back is paid for. I need a replacement, or a refund....still waiting. Hope I can tell you some good news later today! (Cause I'm calling them again)

Ok....now i'm getting a total refund...minus what I spent to ship the shotgun back! No store credit.
The only other shotgun they had left in stock had the same issue. (590a1 marinecote with poorly applied coating)
But I literally had to chase them to get some input and a follow-up on my case.

Not sure I will do business with them again. That's too bad 'cause they always have the best deals...

I ordered a box of Campros back in August and they accidentally put aside the wrong bullet weight for my pickup order. That was a bit of a disappointment as the ones I ordered were now backordered. A week later, they go on sale so I ordered another box but they were oversold so back to backorder status again. Then hurricane Irma happened and I left the country for 2 months. Popped in this weekend after being notified a month earlier that my orders were ready for pickup. My order was ready as they said and the woman there surprised me with some swag for the original mistake. Thanks Tenda, that owning up for the initial error and the small gesture this wknd has won back my business.
