I talked to Henry for the first time 2 days ago.

He was funny and a joy to chat with.

He got my order out and it will be here by Friday!

So few people understand what customer service is. Its one of those things that, has almost nothing to do with age. They either get it or you are just left with this feeling like, they could just care less.

I don't expect everyone to be amazing on the phone. It seems though, its getting harder to find.

IMO of course.

Thanks very much for the compliment & kind words. I guess I was taught by someone that also understood good customer service & it stuck with me. I try to treat customers the way that I would like to be treated. So that's what I do.

I got my order this afternoon. BC to MB in three days... crazy! The new shinny brass is oh so beautiful lol.
