I bought a 6.5x284 copper and with factory ammo before and after shot you could not hardly open the bolt . I took it back to the place I bought it because they're guaranteed and what they told me I will not repeat. I have had two rifles built by Harley at Insite Arms so I dropped it of and said fix it . He called me and said the chamber was way to small I do not no how this passed QC but if the pics work you will see before and after . I have a 6XC and a 338 LAPUA built by him and WOW do they shoot!

Your pictures have to be from a host site like photobucket, so they have an address, you can't just take them off of wherever you have them stored on your computer. As to your issue with a Cooper rifle, I did have an accuracy issue with one of the dozen Cooper rifles that I purchased from Prophet River, and Clay took care of the issue. So if the rifle was purchased from Prophet River, I would be very surprised if he didn't deal with the problem.

It was from there and that's ware I dropped off and an hour later they called me and said my scope wind and elv were backwards so I had my brother inlaw pick it up and take it to Harley at INSITE ARMS and I no he has fixed a few now

So you never actually spoke to Clay who is the owner?

Judging by your interesting use of the English language, I think I may know what might be the issue. ;)

As the owner of several cooper rifles, I've been more than pleased with the quality and accuracy.

Like anything else on production lines, there's always a few that don't make the grade.
I wonder why P River thought the scope issue would solve the chambering issue, somebody wasn't listening.

If the chamber was way too small, how could you chamber a cartidge? Just curious.

He does seem to have an issue with the English language, so perhaps he didn't fully understand what he was told by Harley? Perhaps his explanation to the person at Prophet River was so messed up, that they did not understand the issue? And if he did mount the scope 90 degrees out, it makes me wonder about other things. In any case, if I have an issue with a product from Prophet River, I speak to Clay, and he will resolve the issue.

rubber hammer....big fist....pick one
But he said it was difficult to open before or after the shot. No mention was made of difficulty in closing the action. Do you have knowledge of this issue and it's resolution or were you just making a joke?

Well I'm sorry for my grade four reading level but if u want here's the number of the company and fella that did the work and he will tell u what was wrong 1-780-808-1117 & 1 587-217-2957 ask for Harley and as for prophet river the customer service was my main prob . I have wanted a cooper rifle for years the years got good so I bought one and was vary disappointed now my years have bin so good that I had a real gun smith that will real guarantee his work.
