Jericho 941

When did the frame mount safety come into production?

since 1993, use to be my carry gun (941F mode, F-frame mount safety), but my favorite is the 941FC compact model

back then when it was new in the market, finding a holster was our greatest challenge because of the trigger guard design.

I held a full steel Jericho 2years ago, ive gone through 5 other handguns and never truly loved them.
I finally got a full steel Jericho 941 9mm and i dont know why it took me so long
fits me nicer then a glock, sti, sig, or norinco ever did

941R is a great pistol, I have 3 of them , a 9, 40, and 45. I never use the .45 as the ammo is not cheep, but reload for the other 2....

My only complaint is racking the slide with the decocker in the way, there is little grip area, it takes some getting used to. But other than that there built like a tank, amazing quality for the low price point.... I,m going to sell my .45 version and recoupe some funds to get one in 9, polymer........ Don,t mind the shameless plug for my add one the pistol equipment exchange, it's like new.......😊

^^^good to hear that they are well built. I picked up one at my LGS yesterday. Now I'm waiting for the reg. papers before putting some lead through it. I will practice racking the slide, I noticed the same thing that you mentioned.

That is why I sold mine. Great to shoot but that was a major issue/ pain for me.
