a "snap ring"? You know the shell holder retaining ring that snaps onto the ram of a single stage press? lost mine & have no clue where to find one, tried manufacturers site but they don't show any....

I think hornady die sets have them. EBay sells them too if you want to never worry about it again

I'd call them they probably don't show small parts but have them ...

I'd call the manufacturer, they will most likely send you out the new part.

mine wasn't one of those....

Measure the OD of the ram then go to your local fastener store and ask for an outside/OD snap ring for that size. If the ram diameter is 3/4", you ask for a 3/4" snap ring. It's a starting point at least.
