That's what I'm in the process of doing to my current VZ, however finding the optic rail is pita. The other issue is that I have an older VZ and can foresee a harder times putting the AK grip on. Does anyone know of any hints, help, instructions to ease the pain of construction? Or sources of the rails?

Also, that rifle like that with the extended hand guard is pure ###iness.

It's the 11.8" barrel and yes I agree it's the perfect length

Hi Dad003 yes you've gotten a real close look at that set before it was painted orange. When it was still white.
It's part of my never sell vz58 accessories lol

I like the non restricteds too.
Last few months all I've wanted to shoot is my AR's and ACR. Now all I want to shoot is my vz58's. Seems like I go back and forth with the two. Is it just me?

Can i ask what is the pistol grip on your rifles?

I dont like the look of the fab defense on mine and i wanted to put something else.

My favorite is a modified magpul AK grip. In some of my pics are standard AK grips and also the compact has a fab defense grip
