Got a call last night that I'm off to Thailand in two weeks. I've done a serious Google search for hunting and found nothing. Anyone here know something or someone I don't???
I will hunt rats if that is what it takes but I need a name, phone number or web address to follow up on....... Travel without a hunting trip is a waste of air miles!! :)

Been there...... Only pigs get hunted and usually by Leo etc...... And firearms are a big no no there.....

BUT.....but if you like fishing, and want an adventure, there are some true "river monsters" there and many exotic species.......

Hunting fish might be what happens then.

Lots of hunting in Pot Pang but you may not want what you bag...:p
Ha! I hunted my share of beaver over the years. :)

Cambodia might have more options... Can always go on a dirtbike tour there on the cheap and shoot some FA guns....

Hahaha speaking from experience are we! Proper target ID is critical in all hunting situations, especially in drunken low light

Never been to Thailand, so no personal experience. I did see something disturbing on TV about the said Nutra rats...lets just say Thailand is not high on my need to see destinations list
:puke:

Unfortunately there is something distrubing about every populated area of this world.

Thailand used to be famous for beautiful beaches and the dollars goes a long way. Wonder if that is still true. Next trip gonna do the SingMaThai.

I hear there's some trophy crabs that some fellas bring back... One guy even had them mounted... At least I think that's what he said... Well, he said something about mounting anyway.

SE Asia does have tigers.........I somehow doubt that one could be taken legally........BUT, if you could get a kid to say it was chasing him..............possibilities for sure........A word of advice.......stay away from the "fur bearers" unless you want to bring home something you don't want to bring home.......

Nutra rats, mutant crabs exploding cows and Dentist Dan tigers..... this isn't looking good! Thanks anyways guys.
Plan B could be fishing, I do have connections there. Maybe I will pay the porter at the hotel to take me out on a midnight rat hunt with the locals in town. That could be interesting to say the least!
