Hi guys
Anybody have any new news on the north eastern arms 25? I've found very little beyond they're going for non rest status and it's based on the AR10 platform?
Info appreciated I'm starting a pot of money to purchase one if they get non rest status.

They post pics on their FB from time to time.... They're hope for NR but they seem to say it already NR, but it could be bad marketing.....

You can see in pictures that the lower isn't an ar15 lower and the place where the trigger group go isn't as large as an standard lower, take down pins seem different to

I think I remember that they were saying that the price point would be around 1000$

I have read somewhere that the true, real original AR-10 design is non-restricted here and that this is what NEA was designing their NEA-25 around. Is this right?

Thank you for the information, can you post some picture of the FB page :)

hopefully it has an AR-10 like price and reliability, and not a modern hunter price and reliability.
I know that the modern hunter is not cheap and not exactly sub MOA but I have never seen them described as unreliable.
Is that your personal experience?
I had 2 NEAs and one had a problem.
NEA fixed it in less than a week.
I'd buy one again.
The question now is how many do you currently own?

I've fondled it but not shot it. Very, very sweet. Can't wait to buy one, hopefully in time for deer season :)
