Medicine Hat 3 Gun Nation Match: June 11 2016

The Medicine Hat Rifle And Revolver Club is holding a 3 Gun Nation match in conjunction with the Chinook County Shooter Club. This is a 2 club challenge match with a match in Medicine Hat on June 11 and a match in Lethbridge on June 12. If you wish to shoot one match but not both you can shoot either match individually. You DO NOT have to be a member of 3 Gun Nation to shoot the match.

P.S. - Lethbridge Fish and Game Range calendar still has both of those back to back 3 Gun Nation matches being held in Lethbridge.

Technically, you could go to the 3GNation one on SAT, and the CDTSA one on Sunday.......... id much rather drive to Lethbridge than Med Hat though.

CDTSA advertised our schedule to both clubs at the beginning of the year in hopes to avoid conflicts like this. I am not sure why they booked their matches for the same dates.

True, however the company is sending us to Long Beach California, 5 days for sim training. So, I guess it's not all bad.

And it worked! I emailed your director and we decided Med Hat would put on matches on Saturday this year and Calgary would put on matches on Sunday. No problem, it happened. Nobody counted in 3 gun nation though, they were an after thought.

Really? You know you want to run the new shorty 7.62x39 AR. I wish I could be there to see you shoot it.

I want to run the shorty but I am worried about targets at 100m and farther. Remember the steel bonus target at 200 in Lethbridge 2 years ago? Might be a tough shot with a 7.5" barrel and MBUS sights. I'll probably use the shorty in Medicine Hat and the DD in Lethbridge. Still debating shotguns too. If I can get mag pouches this week I might try out the BR-99 and see if mag fed trumps pump.
