Lucid HD7 - worth it?

hey all, I'm wondering if the Lucid HD7 g3 is worth it? there's a source that ships into Canada selling them for $189 US.

I want it for my Ruger SR-22.

I owned one for about 2 minutes and sent it back for refund. Could not get over the ####ty "D" sight picture due to the size of the LED housing, plus it's stupid heavy. Big ole pile of Chinese ####.

I've owned one for years , still do. There are much, much better options for your money.

I should add the field of view is very small (worse with the 2x magnifier), and the colour distortion is rather bad. On the other hand it's well built, uses 1AAA battery, last forever and I really like the original reticle options.

Look at Holosun and Vortex options. I've had both and they fit the bill, or even a bushnell trs-25. Stay away from the cheap Chinese stuff you'll just be wasting your money.
