Problems with BC's new ' on line 'LEH

My group hunt partners had a hard time joining the group hunt last night that I initiated but they all worked this morning. I'm thinking it might take a few hours for the group ID to show up and work properly after creating a new group. I would try again at lunch time and hopefully it goes through. Other than that I know they have been saying the system is overloaded with people online.
Yeah, we've put in HOURS trying to get a shared moose hunt....and yes, we've been at it for days...while I don't object in principle, this roll out is a disaster ,how many guys will just give up out of sheer frustration? ..complying with government regulations shouldn't be like this..and my guess is some guys are just going to either not bother going on a hunt at all ,or just go hunting and to heck with it
Seems the medical on line registry is a disaster too,according to this mornings paper,the doctors in Nanaimo where it was tested have given up on it as unreliable.....

Nice,but some people are working and don't have the time to spend hours ...my hunting partner is trying to get our moose hunt LEH -between operating on patients at the OR,he's been trying for several days.....some people are just going to say 't'ell with it...
Me too. In and out in under 1/2 hour.
I suspect their server has been overloaded the last few days.
I was able to do mine, 2 kids and my dad's with my Visa... That's four different hunter eIDs.
I know it doesn't help you but for reference it did work.
Edit: I see you don't wait until the last day. Worked great for me, but I did it the first day they went online. Gotta think, the leh applicants are probably 90%+ male, ever see what the mall looks like Dec 20-24?? That's happening on their site lol.

The web site has been over loaded the last 5 days , every day all day.
Why does one have to pay for each and every choice for LEH entry?
Why not have a shopping cart with a total for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or how ever many choices?
Nooo, they want one to make a choice and pay for each and every choice every time.

Hi Rob,
I was able to confirm my elk hunt then choose my moose hunt then choose my deer hunt and then pay for all three at once. Did the same for each of the kids and my dad. For one hunter choose all LEH draws then pay one time.
It's a new site and will definitely take getting used to, I wasn't happy with it but I suppose we'll all get used to it eventually.

I think it's a joke, do they think people have nothing better to do but spend an hour trying to navigate their confusing site, come up with yet another password, only to give them more money to have a long shot at getting a draw?
I gave up after half an hour, I have better things to do.

People have been asking for this for years to expedite the draw instead of the old school handwritten cards. You were still allowed to use the cards this year so the draw is not likely to be sooner but hopefully next year when it's all online, it should be faster.
