Scope mount help

I want to get a Spuhr one piece mount but I am not sure which one to get. What's the pro and cons of getting the ones with cant 0mil/0moa, or cant 6mil/20.6moa.
It will be used to mount a high power scope.

the scope is S&B PMII 5-25x56mm and the rifle is FN SPR A5M XP that comes with 20 MOA picattiny rail and bull barrel? Which height and cant I need to get? Sphur one piece mount

Are shooting 308? If so, I'd stick with zero tilt mount. Your scope has a OD of 62mm, so you need a mount 31mm + 2mm for butler creek cap needing a mount with 33m of space. So SP-4006
