Something with express sights if DG is in your plans.

BRNO 602 .375 H&H, 20" barrel, QD rings, barrel sling mount to protect your front hand.

Bush/camp rifle. The short length makes it easier to transport and handle in thick bush.

Did you buy it like that or get the barrel cut? I'm still searching for a 375 20" besides the Ruger(expensive now).

Tom Norman of Abbotsford cut it from 25" to 20", installed the barrel band sling and re-installed the front sight (1/2" back from the muzzle to make taping the muzzle easier).

Model 70 with fresh paint and cerakote

Model 70 416 Remington with a bit (ha) of work to be done

Really like the cerakoted M70. Is that a 1.5-5x20mm on it?

I like the Ruger Alaskan rifles as well, but wish the .375 Ruger would have been adopted by all manufacturers and cartridge companies. Maybe the .375 Chatfield Taylor would take off? Otherwise an iron-sighted Ruger in .338 WM would be a good choice. That is a topic for a new thread though.

I know I started the thread and this doesn't quite make the criteria but it's as close as I have until next year and gotta try to keep the thread alive and going. Anyways, it is a custom Winchester Model 70 with Jury 23" barrel chambered in 9.3x62.

Just a simple post, hoping to revive this thread before it officially becomes a necrothread. Personally mounted the Nikon on the 416....but still have not fired it. Try to find my Lead sled for the first shot. Had the camera, but it has now hid again.....

You don't want that. Lead Sleds aren't great for heavy recoiling rifles. Sitting off crossed sticks is better, standing off sticks (or over the end of a round bale, if you have one handy) is the best.

Does this qualify ? Its bigger than .375.
My Shiloh 45-120 Long Range Express, an early transition one, receiver stamped Shiloh Big Timber, barrel stamp says C.Sharps Old Reliable.
Pet load is a 565 gr. Brooks Creedmoor, reaches a mile while you eat a sandwich.
