I am considering putting a 15" rail system on my DD V7 (16" Barrel).Would like some suggestions to get me started on the search. Still a greenback to AR's.. so forgive my ignorance, it's a learning process to something unfamiliar.

I just bought a chinese clone of a Noveske NSR15 rail, the look and finish and fit was excellent, cost 53.00 US shipped to the house

We carry lots of different options - picatinny? M-LOK? Keymod?

The Midwest Industries SSM MLOK is affordable and light

Also available in Keymod

Aslo have the Rainier SWITCH rail system for a quick change handguard system

I purchased this MI 15" for this 16" from CTCS. It is very light for the bush, 3 gun or training.

I just installed a 15" Geissele MK8 on my DD M4V5 today.
I bought the rail from Arm East.

Very nice. I got the 13" rail from Arms East as well. On a related note, Arms East is having a sale on their 15" Geissele Mk4 and Mk8 rails in black.

Edit: I might be wrong about the sale on the Mk8 rail, when viewing all their Geissele rails there's an "ON SALE" image under the Mk8 rail but once you click on it the sale isn't applied.

One of the main reason I went with M-Lok is that I want to use the QD rail section from Kinetic Development Group. So now I can use or buy regular accessories, take them on and off with the QD rail.

M Lok looks like it should be lighter, more open minimalist concept.

I saw a rail that had picatitinny on the front and the rear only … who mounts something in the middle of their top rail?.. that makes sees to me.

Here is a Geissele MK4 MLOK 15" in DDC, that i installed on my DDM4V7 also purchased from Arms East.
