I ordered a case of 500 .44 Mag, sent an EMT right away and waited for its acceptance..... (tick, tock, tick, tock)... Four days, two emails and one PM (here) later... and nothing.... so I cancelled the EMT.... and posted this. Now I know how all those ignored girls felt.

Why? In my first email, I dumbly used a curse word (not toward you)... Is that why? Is there a glitch in your site? Do I still exist? (Hmmm -- my phone hasn't been ringing...). Are you okay?

Oh well. All the best anyway. (Don't break up with me).
 
Did you email them after sending EMT like they ask? Or try to call them? I have placed probably 20 orders with CANAM with no issues. Even had to do returns for damaged items. They are some of the best sponsors. Just give em a call.
 
Why use profanity? (seems needless)

Why cancel the payment? (seems impatient)

Why not call them? (their 800-number is on the main page of their website)

I've ordered lots from CanAm and even paid via EMT for one of those orders and nary had an issue. Sometimes I had to wait a day or 2 for the beautiful package tracking number, but that is the nature of the beast with online orders.

Try again maybe, and give them a call first. I like CanAm, good prices and one of the lowest free shipping caps. And their SKS deal is something I've bought a few times...just can't say no!
 
My latest order was from CanadaAmmo. Paid with CC, they shipped the next day. They were even nice enough to include a magazine, notepad and pen in the box. I get 1% back on my CC, wouldn't use anything else to pay unless I absolutely had to.

You should not be so impatient with these people. From what you are describing you seem to lack the work "patience" in your vocabulary. I've always had a positive customer experience with them. In fact I would say they are some of the best I've come across.
 
Threads like this always make me laugh. Believe it or not, before the internet, people actually had to write to or call a retailer to request a catalog which was mailed to them. After receiving said catalog you would flip through and then fill out an order form which was mailed back to them with a cheque of money order. You would receive your items 2-3 weeks later.

I know things have changed and the speed of e-commerce has made expectations very high for most, but the fact people complain they had to wait 4 whole days then cancelled their order is a little ridiculous. CanAm is a top notch retailer and if they missed your order I'm sure a quick phone call would clear things up, they are famous for making things right when on the rare occasion something goes a little sideways. YMMV.
 
Maybe it went to junk mail, maybe you put in the email address wrong...

Either I'm really patient or you're really impatient. I paid CC and it took em 10 days to ship. I emailed once, no answer, called once, they said they'd fix it and get back to me. They didn't get back to me. Order shipped next day, but I'm not mad. They have good prices and free shipping. Hell, they still Honor free shipping to Yellowknife, which cannot be cheap. They have low overhead and few employees, to keep prices competitive. Be patient.
 
unfortunately EMTs can be missed. I only saw it after you cancelled.

give it a try again and email to say you sent it.
