And that folks is why one does NOT use EMT or anything that requires manual processing. Credit card is all automated, just required shipping dept to send out the goodies.

Anyone involve with tech systems know once humans are involved there is always delays and additional chance for errors. Can't wait till SKYNET takes out the ineffective humans.

What if I emailed and said "you fukin guys rock and I have had nothing but awesome transactions over the past few years, keep up the great fukin work"! Would that be out of line with the profanity? I have paid with EMT many times and have never had a problem with them, sometimes shyt happen.

^ When I went and bought my new $60,000 truck from the dealer, for cash, they didn't have a problem with the odd F word coming out of my mouth. I'm a tradesman and swearing isn't uncommon on the job site, but I never swear at home around the kids.

Simple way to conduct business, if not your life, is to treat others as you wish to be treated.

You can speak to your buddies in four letter words (if they like that type of speech).Otherwise it should always be respectful and plenty of P's and Q's.

That being said, you should just call them. Canada ammo perhaps ships a little slow, but gives you FREE SHIPPING, good price, sales, so it clearly evens out IMO.
