Medicine Hat 3 Gun Nation Match: June 11 2016

I was pushing the envelope trying to get down for Sunday with my current schedule. Had the movers in today doing my estimate I have to be at the new house in SK early Monday for the house inspection. Too many hours on the highway, I'm out.

Venue Change but Double Header 3 Gun Nation Match Goes On!! June 11 - 12
IMPORTANT – 3 GUN NATION MATCH UPDATE
June 11 Med. Hat Match moved to Lethbridge.
Due to lower than projected registration for Sat Jun 11th in Medicine Hat we will be moving that match to Lethbridge. This is an unfortunate development as we were very much looking forward to holding the match and will be looking for a future date to try again.
We will still be running the back to back matches June 11 and June 12 at the LFGA Shooting Sports Facility and the combined winners will be eligible for theLethbridge Tactical Supply Prizes.
The Matches will start a bit later to allow for travel time for those from Medicine Hat to attend. Gates will Open at 8:00 registration and checkin are open until 9:00, the mandatory safety talk then be held and first shots will be at 9:30. This will be the schedule for both days.
Fees paid for the Medicine Hat Match can be transferred to Lethbridge Match or refunded. IF you are registered and want to attend Lethbridge you don’t have to do anything. If you do not wish to attend Lethbridge and have paid please email panada@blackwhitetactical.com
Round Counts are as follows
Sat. Minium Round Totals: 28 Rifle, 47 Shotgun, 26 Pistol
Sun Minium Round Totals: 25 Rifle, 15 Shotgun, 19 Slugs, 35 Pistol
* we will have low recoil competition slugs availible for sale if you can’t source your own. (as well as .223 and 9 mm)

Was in contact with Scott for days via e-mail and pre registered, Shouldn't have to be on a mailing list to receive this info, And 2 others who pre registered with him via e mail did not receive notifications either, Out as well

I hope anyone else that drove down from Saskatoon is on the mailing list otherwise they might not even know there's no match in Medicine Hat. By the time they figure it out they won't be able to make registration even if they are willing to drive to Lethbridge.

I don't think anyone from Saskatoon made the drive. I wasn't able to find a travel partner.
 
I am VERY sorry for anyone that didn't get the information, we tried very hard. We sent mail out via our mailing list, we posted it to our Facebook site, Chinook Country Shooters Facebook site, Medicine Hat put it out and it was added to two places on our website. We tried very hard to get the message to everyone and were very successful by the number of people who attended today, however I can honestly say I feel bad I take responsibility personally for everyone that didn't get the message and I am very sorry. - Scott
