Chronograph?

I am thinking both are a factor. And why I won't purchase one until that issue is solved :(

Its advertised as having a 4000 fps max read speed.
99% of shooters do not care... I dont.

Heavier bullets are slower and have a better bc. If your rifle shoots above 4k just buy a heavier bullet....

pretty much everything that is shot is below 4k

If you shoot bullets above 4k, buy something else. I dont know what the magnetospeed max is. Or buy both.

Will not read a 20 cal over 3700 fps. For me that IS a big deal. Most of my shooting is varminting. I would love to have one of these, but is is not the 'best overall' chrono out there as many put it to be.

For big, slow and heavy bullets it is the best. For those who have different needs, it does not cut the mustard. Heavier bullets do not always have a better BC either.

I would buy one in a heartbeat once they iron out the small speedy bullet issue.

14-222 Eichlengerger mag comes to mind. 14 cal bullet in 222 rem mag case running 4500fps
