These have been out of production for years.
You will have to be in the right place at the right time, with a wallet thick enough to be uncomfortable when you sit on it.

And beware of so-called "unfired" samples from shady web-sites. They are as rare as hen's teeth.

I got a killer deal on a 9422 and was really happy with it until my wife shot it and decided it should be hers. At least she has good taste. They are great rifles magnum or otherwise. I prefer my CZ452 and Marlin 39a but they are all selling in the nosebleed section these days. Saw a Marlin not as nice as mine sell for $1100 a few months ago. Say what you will, Winchester knows how to make a good levergun. Annie Oakley shot a Winnie levergun at her shows.
